TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
A $100 administrative fee is required to reserve a date and time. Please note that the date and time will not be reserved until this form is completed, a date is confirmed, and the administrative fee has been paid. This fee is nonrefundable at any time upon cancellation.
Due to the increased demand for the recital hall, a recital is allowed 2 hours. If more time is needed, we charge an additional $50 administrative fee for each additional hour, to be paid in advance.
If you cannot work with the arrangement of the room as it is, you may pay to have it rearranged to suit your needs.REQUESTS FOR THE MOVEMENT OF PIANOS MUST BE MADE IN ADVANCE. Please contact Elite Piano Transport at 832-322-7458.They will quote a price to set up and strike the room to its original layout. I understand this is payable in advance,and late requests may not be granted.
Use of the kitchen and dining area is permitted, as long as the areas are returned to their original state.
Out of respect for the law and liability concerns, Houston Piano Company cannot allow any photocopied music in our recital hall.Please make sure your students and parents are aware of this in advance in order to avoid a potentially unpleasant situation.
